Darrels AM Research
The group's flagship private limited company, running 3D printing research and development, 3D scanning and reverse engineering.
Seven brands founded by Mr. Anesh Darrel, working as one chain: a design becomes a prototype in our lab, a product in our production units, and then a drone in the sky, a kart on a track, a printed wall, or a STEAM lab in a school.
Every product starts as a drawing. CAD and product design, drones and UAVs, and sustainable structures for automotive, aviation, aerospace and construction.
The design is printed, tested and refined: 3D printing research, reverse engineering, and robotics and IoT research.
Plastic waste that comes back from schools and workshops is shredded and turned back into printing filament.
Prototypes become products. Automotive OEM prototypes, printed parts and assemblies are built at our two production units.
3D printers and scanners with after-sales support and additive manufacturing training. Authorised Wol3D distributor for Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Testing and developing 3D printed concrete structures, in continuous development.
Drones and UAVs designed and built in-house, then flown and proved at our own test field.
Fun-to-drive karts for children and adults, and a racing initiative that gives young drivers training and guidance.
STEAM labs in schools across India, equipped with our printers, drones and kits, and linked back to the recycling plant.
New brands, new cities and new ideas are already on the way.

Executive Director, Darrels AM Research and Reverse Engineering Labs Pvt. Ltd.
An engineer who builds companies the way he builds parts: one layer at a time, each one carrying the next.
Mr. Anesh Darrel founded The Darrels Group and leads it as CEO. He started with additive manufacturing and reverse engineering in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, and grew that work into a group of seven brands with production units in Sriperumbudur and Pondicherry, and Darrels Quantum Labs, which runs STEAM labs in schools across India.
An engineer by training and a builder by instinct, he believes the fastest way to understand an idea is to make it. That belief shaped every brand in the group: design, research, production, drones, karts, printed concrete and, closest to his heart, STEAM labs that put the same tools in the hands of school students.

Dear friends,
Everything we do at The Darrels Group started with a simple belief: if you can imagine a part, you should be able to hold it in your hand. We began with a few 3D printers and a lot of reverse engineering in Nagercoil. Every problem a customer brought us taught us something new, and every lesson became a new capability.
Today our seven brands work as one chain. A sketch in our design studio becomes a prototype in our lab, a product in our production units, and then a drone in the sky, a kart on a track, or a printed wall. The step that matters most to me comes last: the engineers India needs tomorrow are sitting in school classrooms today, and they deserve the same tools we use. That is why we build STEAM labs.
To our customers, partners, institutions and young makers: thank you for trusting us with your ideas. Bring us the next one, and we will build it together, one layer at a time.
Additive manufacturing and reverse engineering work in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu: scanning, redesigning and printing parts for customers who needed them fast.
Darrels AM Research and Reverse Engineering Labs Pvt. Ltd., the group's flagship, with Mr. Darrel as Executive Director.
Darrel's 3D Studio for printer and scanner sales, support and training, and the authorised Wol3D distributorship for Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
InfiCADesign for design services, drones and UAVs, and sustainable structures for automotive, aviation, aerospace and construction.
Production units in Sriperumbudur and Pondicherry, building automotive OEM prototypes and production parts.
Vulcan Autoforge karts, the Quasars Racing youth initiative, and Lithoforge Labs for 3D printed concrete.
Darrels Quantum Labs, STEAM labs in schools across India, and MoUs with colleges across Tamil Nadu and beyond.
From Nagercoil to Siliguri, and the route is still being drawn.
A working prototype answers more questions than a presentation. Ideas in the group are proved by making them.
Each brand feeds the next, so a customer's idea can move from design to finished product without leaving the group.
The tools used in industry belong in classrooms too. Colleges and schools get the same equipment and hands-on learning.
Built a group of seven brands with production units in Sriperumbudur and Pondicherry and a presence in thirteen cities.
Made Darrel's 3D Studio the authorised distributor of Wol3D for Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Leads the group's flagship private limited company as Executive Director, operating Darrel's 3D Studio and InfiCADesign.
Led a hands-on workshop on 3D printing and drone technology in firefighting and safety operations, with live demonstrations of both.
His lab delivered a six-day in-person programme on Additive Manufacturing (CME 339) for engineering faculty.
His lab printed a flexible auxetic structure designed by a student, taking additive manufacturing onto the runway.
An MoU with Stella Mary's College of Engineering and a three-day additive manufacturing workshop at KCG College of Technology.
Launched Darrels Quantum Labs, running STEAM labs in schools across India.
Signed MoUs with Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education, St. Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering, Udaya School of Engineering, Holy Cross College, Stella Mary's College of Engineering and Scott Christian College.
Each brand runs its own line of work, from 3D printing research and drone design to go-karts, concrete printing, youth racing and STEAM labs. They share tools, people and know-how across the group.
